According to a recent video making its rounds on the web, one unknown female appears to be accusing the soon-to-be-former Cleveland Browns quarterback of sliding into her DM’s on Instagram. The messages were send in “vanish mode,” so the woman had to record them with phone in order to post them for all to see.
For those who may be wondering, yes, Baker Mayfield is still married to his wife, Emily. So this is probably not going to go over well with her. Add on the fact that the couple will likely be going through a very big move together once the 2018 first-round pick is traded, and it’s safe to say that their marriage could really be put to the test over these next few weeks.
On the bright side for Baker, there’s plenty of other news surrounding him that’s been making headlines recently. So, who knows? Maybe this whole ordeal doesn’t get the same amount of attention that it otherwise would have during a slower news cycle.
