A third civil lawsuit filed against Deshaun Watson accuses the Houston Texans quarterback of sexually assaulting a massage therapist by allegedly forcing her to have oral sex with him in December 2020.
ESPN was all over the news and that presented a problem to another athlete.
WNBA’s Lexie Brown saw a huge difference in how the Worldwide leader in sports was talking about Watson’s allegations as compared to that of Chad Wheeler, which took a bit of time for them to finally start addressing.
“Hilarious that ESPN was all over these Deshaun Watson allegations at 7 am but took all day to mention Chad Wheeler almost beating his girlfriend to death.”
When someone pointed out that Watson was a bigger name and star:
“he almost murdered someone…they both represent the same league. Who cares who the “bigger” star is.”

Three police officers reportedly had to pile atop Wheeler back in January to get him into custody after he allegedly choked his girlfriend unconscious.
The girlfriend had called 911, claiming Wheeler had beaten and strangled her after he told her to bow to him.
Wheeler, who formerly played for the New York Giants in 2017 and 2018, has pleaded not guilty to charges of first-degree domestic violence assault, domestic violence unlawful imprisonment and resisting arrest in the alleged attack.
Watson’s lawsuits are coming out almost daily at this point.
