Some NFL fans were not happy with ESPN’s treatment of Kentucky quarterback Will Levis during Thursday night’s first round of the NFL Draft.
Levis was projected to be a top-five pick by the Worldwide leader in Sports, with some even tipping him to go first overall.
As of Wednesday, the QB was the betting favorite to be taken off the board at No. 2. Yet he fell out of the first round completely and had to suffer through the night as he watched on as 31 of his contemporaries took that walk and put on a hat.
As if that wasn’t bad enough, ESPN kept panning their cameras over to the player, continuously putting him on the spot while he sat nervously.

While an embarrassing and unfortunate night for Levis and his family, the signal-caller should still find his way into the pros and is expected to be an early second-round pick on Friday night. He should also get an opportunity to prove he should have been a lottery selection once he gets into the NFL.
Meanwhile, Bryce Young, C.J. Stroud, and Anthony Richardson have already realized their dreams, getting picked No. 1, No. 2, and No. 4 respectively.
There were a few shockers on the night. Perhaps the biggest one was the Texans picking Stroud at second and immediately trading up to pick again at third and select Will Anderson Jr.
