Kara Henderson Snea, the wife of Los Angeles Rams general manager Les Snead, had a priceless response to fans calling for her husband to land Las Vegas Raiders superstar wide receiver Davante Adams.
On Tuesday, multiple reports stated that the 31-year-old Davante Adams requested a trade from the Raiders. The news came after Raiders head coach Antonio Pierce was caught “liking” an Instagram post about Adams potentially playing his final game with the Silver and Black.
ESPN’s Adam Schefter later reported that the Raiders told teams they’re open to dealing Adams for a package that includes a second-round draft pick. That’s where Rams fans began to beg Mrs. Snead to get her husband on the case.
Let’s just say she used terrific humor to break the disappointing news to Rams fans about a potential trade for Davante Adams:

Schefter additionally reported on Wednesday that Adams has the New Orleans Saints and New York Jets high on his “wish list”, as he’d like to play with a quarterback he’s familiar with (Derek Carr and Aaron Rodgers).
The six-time Pro Bowler missed the Raiders’ Week 4 home game against the Cleveland Browns with a hamstring injury. In three games this season, Adams has 18 receptions for 209 yards and a touchdown.
Adams’ Raiders will try to improve to 3-2 when they visit the AFC West rival Denver Broncos on Sunday afternoon.
Don’t Expect Rams To Pursue Davante Adams
The Rams don’t make sense as a landing spot for Adams at this stage of his career. He’ll want to play for a contender, and the 1-3 Rams don’t resemble that with superstar wideouts Cooper Kupp and Puka Nacua sidelined.
Los Angeles needs to save its draft picks for an inevitable rebuild, with Kupp and Matthew Stafford nearing the end of their prime years. It doesn’t make sense to trade valuable assets for a quick fix.
