On Wednesday, the Washington Football Team announced they are benching QB Dwayne Haskins for QB Kyle Allen, who will start this week against the Rams.
The team met with Haskins last week to let him know his play had to improve after he threw three interceptions in a game against the Cleveland Browns. He did not throw any INT’s this past Sunday, but the offense was still bad against the Baltimore Ravens.
His fall from grace has even made him go further down the depth chart as he will be the 3rd-string QB as well.
In 2020, Haskins has started four games for Washington and completed 61 percent of his passes for 939 yards to go along with four touchdowns and three interceptions.
