REPORT: Asking Price For The Washington Commanders Has Been Revealed, ‘Hope’ To Complete Sale Within Next Six Months

If anyone wants to buy the Washington Commanders NFL franchise, they’re going to have to pay an astronomical price to get it.

According to a recent report from Fox’s Jay Glazer, the franchise is expected to go for a whopping $7-billion. And the deal is also expected to take place within the next six months.

The asking price for the Washington Commanders is expected to go for about $7 billion (!!), according to @JayGlazer. The hope is for something to get done within the next six months.

Should they go for that price, it would mark a new record for largest sale of a sports franchise ever. The Denver Broncos previously sold for a record $4.65-billion, so it’s reasonable to assume that the Commanders will smash that mark.
