The Buffalo Bills are currently leading the Detroit Lions at halftime of their Thanksgiving Day contest, but they’ll have their work cut out for them if they want to hold onto that lead.
That’s because they’ll be playing the rest of the game without one of their top defenders after Von Miller suffered a knee injury that would cause him to be carted to the locker room and ruled out for the rest of the game
Footage has since emerged of the play that caused the injury. In it, you can see Miller’s right ankle and knee get rolled up on by a Lions offensive lineman.
Miller hasn’t missed a game this year, recording eight sacks in his first ten games with the Bills in 2022. He’s been instrumental in helping this defense remain amount the best in the NFL.
Bills Mafia will be holding their collective breath, praying that this is not a serious ailment for their star pass-rusher.
At the moment, sources say they are diagnosing it as a knee sprain. However, Miller is expected to undergo more tests tomorrow to see if there is any more damage that could keep him out for a significant period of time.
