Von Miller is not only going to jail but he is at risk of losing his career.
Dallas police are seeking the arrest of Buffalo Bills linebacker Von Miller in connection with an alleged assault of his pregnant longtime girlfriend.
The 34-year-old is accused of assaulting his longtime girlfriend on Wednesday morning at their shared home in Dallas. Miller left the scene before officers arrived, per ESPN.
Jonathan Jones of CBS Sports provided an update from a spokesperson for the Dallas Police Department that shows a preliminary investigation from the Dallas Police Department determined that Miller and the victim “got into a verbal argument and the suspect assaulted the victim.”
Although the victim wasn’t transported to the hospital, she was “treated for minor injuries.”
Dallas police said the arrest warrant has been issued for “Assault – Pregnant Person,” which is a third-degree felony under criminal law in Texas.

The 34-year-old was the No. 2 overall pick in the 2011 NFL draft and has long been considered to be one of the top pass-rushers in the league. He has recorded 123.5 sacks and been named to eight Pro Bowls over the course of his career.
Miller, an eight-time Pro Bowl linebacker, is currently on a bye week with the Bills. Since the team is not scheduled to play this week, it’s unclear what his status will be once they return.
