Well, it was fun while it lasted.
Earlier today, there was a report that the Minnesota Vikings, who traded Stefon Diggs this offseason, were in talks with the Cleveland Browns to trade for wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. this offseason.
However, it seems the rumors may have been blown out of proportion.
Paul Allen of KFAN would soon take to Twitter and extinguish the raging fire of the reports.
The initial report indicated Beckham Jr. would be headed to Minnesota in exchange for a second and fifth-round pick in next year’s draft.
Minnesota may not be poised to pull off another blockbuster deal, but they can certainly grab them a talented WR through the 2020 NFL Draft. This year’s wideout class is expected to be one of the deepest in recent history.
