A longtime veteran NFL linebacker will be looking for a new team in free agency after losing his job.
According to reports, the Vikings have cut 2019 first-team All-Pro Eric Kendricks.
“A first-team All-Pro in 2019 and one of the NFL’s most consistently productive LBs, Kendricks now heads to free agency,” Tom Pelissero reported.
Among his accomplishments is Kendricks being a first-team All-Pro and a Pro Bowler during the 2019 season.
The 31-year-old has spent his entire eight-year career with the Vikings. This past season, Kendricks started every game and recorded 137 tackles, six shy of his career-best.
He shouldn’t be a free agent for too long.
