Miami Dolphins star Tyreek Hill is once again speaking out after the Miami-Dade Police Department detained him.
The dynamic wide receiver was on CNN on Monday night while the 49ers and Jets were going head to head on Monday Night Football to talk about the situation.
Hill made it clear that headlines would’ve looked much different if he wasn’t a celebrity.
“If I wasn’t Tyreek Hill, worst case scenario, we woud’ve had a different article.”
“Tyreek Hill got shot in front of Hard Rock Stadium. That’s worst case scenario.”
The incident took place a few hours before the kickoff of a game between the Dolphins and the Jacksonville Jaguars and garnered national attention on the first Sunday of the NFL season.

Hill was trending again before he got on the show after body cam footage was released.
Miami-Dade police released more than 105 minutes of footage from officer-worn cameras “in our commitment to transparency and maintaining public trust,” department director Stephanie Daniels said in a statement.
The new footage shows the incident from start to finish, beginning with officers approaching Hill’s black spots car.
An officer is heard telling Hill that he had been speeding. It seemed innocent enough until officers got upset with him for not rolling his window all the way down and leaving it down.
“Give me my ticket, bro, so I can go. I’m going to be late,” Hill says. “Do what you gotta do.”
The situation eventually led to Tyreek Hill being grabbed by his head and thrown down to the ground.
