Many consider Tom Brady the greatest player of all time in the NFL, and he has quite the resume to back it up. However, as evidenced by a recent clip, his GOAT status won’t translate to the NHL ice anytime soon.
Brady enjoyed a more solid career in the NFL, spending time with the New England Patriots and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The former signal caller won seven Super Bowl Championships, six of which came in New England.
His last championship came with the Buccaneers back in 2020, and it seems as though Brady may not be done with championship rings yet. His next one won’t be on the gridiron after recent footage surfaced of him learning to skate.
Now, Brady isn’t taking his training lightly. He brought a famous retired NHL player, Tie Domi, to teach him. Domi enjoyed a decent career in the NHL, where he played enforcer for the most part, and it looks as though he’s now into teaching.

Brady picked one of the best trainers, and Tie Domi’s son, Max, is a star in the NHL. He joined the Toronto Maple Leafs this past off-season, a team his father called home 17 seasons when he played.
In the video, initially posted to Domi’s Instagram story, he can be heard joking at Max’s expense, claiming that Brady was “coming for you, Max.” Brady was seemingly delighted by the comment, as he looked excited to be on the skates.
If Brady did decide to play in the NHL, the internet would break, so odds are it won’t happen. But the thing is, Tom Brady is Tom Brady, so there’s no telling what the seven-time Super Bowl champ and Raiders owner could do.
