Tempers flared during the third quarter of Sunday night’s matchup between the Chicago Bears and the Houston Texans, and Caleb Williams suffered a bit from a brutal hit.
After quarterback Caleb Williams took a shot from Texans’ linebacker Azeez Al-Shaair as he was trying to get out of bounds while scrambling, a min scrum would break out as Bears’ players took exception to the hit and Al-Shaair.
Al-Shaair wasn’t backing down as he got up and immediately punched a player in the facemask.
He was not flagged since refs did not see it.
He can certainly expect a fine and possibly a suspension later in the week, so he will not get away with it.
