Patrick Mahomes’ younger brother Jackson Mahomes is no longer in custody following his arrest on Wednesday.
The social media personality, famed for his TikTok dances and, of course, being the sibling of arguably the best quarterback in the game, was booked this Wednesday following an investigation stemming from some damning claims.
Jackson has been charged with three counts of aggravated sexual battery and another count of misdemeanor battery after the owner of a restaurant and bar accused him of groping and forcibly kissing her earlier this year.
It’s going to be hard to fight the charges given that a video of the incident has been online for several weeks.
Jackson is now set to battle the claims in court, having unsurprisingly posted a $100,000 bond. Given his somewhat high profile, there were reporters waiting for the youngster after he was released and they proceeded to hound him with questions.
While walking to his car, someone yelled the following to Mahomes: “If you were a real black dude they would have arrested you a long time ago.”

He offered no response before getting into his car.
This is probably not the way Jackson saw his year going as it started out on a great note. He got to watch his brother win another Super Bowl with the Chiefs and was part of the team celebrations thereafter.
He found himself in trouble with the law by early March, with the aforementioned allegations surfacing in the wake of the Super Bowl festivities.
