Tom Brady has not lost a step.
Brisbane fullback Reece Walsh had the awesome opportunity to meet Tom Brady and do so in a great way when video footage surfaced of him catching a pass from the NFL legend himself.
Seven-time Super Bowl champion Brady completed speaking engagements in Melbourne and Brisbane over the weekend. One of the highlights from Sunday’s show at the Brisbane Showgrounds was Brady tossing a pass from the stage to Walsh who caught it on the run, then spiked it American football style as the audience went wild.
Brady later signed the ball for Walsh, who was labeled the “Tom Brady of Queensland” when he was introduced to speak on stage.

Asked if he had ever given thought to playing in the NFL, Walsh said not until now, but was aware “there’s bit more money there”.
The seven-time Super Bowl champion revealed last month that he was actually planning to return to the NFL in an Instagram post. In an Instagram caption recapping his year, Brady ended with, “The only downside to 2023 was when I was about to unretire in May and my friends threw a surprise retirement party. Kind of forced my hand,” with a laughing emoji.
He has joked during this season that his family would not be happy with him if he decided to unretire again.
For now, it seems Brady is set to start his broadcasting career with Fox.
