Donald Trump’s appearance at the New York Jets-Pittsburgh Steelers “Sunday Night Football” game at Acrisure Stadium led to a strong reaction from the crowd.
The 78-year-old Donald Trump was in attendance for the Jets-Steelers game, one day after holding a rally in Steel City. The former president and 2024 Republican nominee received a thunderous reaction from Steelers fans, who showered him with “USA USA USA” chants as he waved to the crowd:
Trump also drew those exact chants when he attended the Georgia-Alabama college football game last month. You may recall that he was also heavily booed at Game 5 of the 2019 World Series between the Washington Nationals and Houston Astros in the nation’s capital.
Donald Trump easily secured the Republican nomination and is running against Vice President Kamala Harris, who was named the Democrat candidate after Joe Biden announced that he wouldn’t seek re-election.
