Multiple star NFL wide receivers were asked to name a five-man flag football five for the 2028 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles, California.
It has already been confirmed that flag football will be one of the sports at the 2028 Olympics, but it remains to be seen if the NFL and NFLPA will reach an agreement allowing the pros to compete at the games. Assuming it’s a yes, you can bet that the teams will be largely made up of top NFL wide receivers.
The official NFL X/Twitter account shared a video of multiple NFL stars being asked to name their starting five offensive players for a potential Olympic flag football team at the 2028 games in his home country.
For starters, Buffalo Bills rookie wideout Keon Coleman decided to go with five big-named NFL wide receivers: Himself, Ja’Marr Chase (Cincinnati Bengals), Justin Jefferson (Minnesota Vikings), Tee Higgins (Cincinnati Bengals) and Tank Dell (Houston Texans).
Chase decided to go with five guys he doesn’t play with: Los Angeles Chargers QB Justin Herbert, star NFL wide receivers Tyreek Hill (Miami Dolphins), Keenan Allen (Chicago Bears) and San Francisco 49ers tight end George Kittle.

NFL Superstars Will Hopefully Get Their Opportunity At Flag Football In 2028
Though they haven’t played at the last two Winter Olympic games, the NHL allowed its players to compete there in 1998, 2002, 2006, 2010 and 2014. The league has already confirmed that its players will be allowed to compete at the 2026 and 2030 games.
The NBA also allows its players to compete at the Summer Olympics, with LeBron James leading the 2024 squad to a fifth straight gold medal at the games. Hopeuflly, NFL players will also get the green light to represent their countries at the gamees as wel.
