A group of Donald Trump supporters were denied entry into Levi’s Stadium to watch the San Francisco 49ers play the Dallas Cowboys on Sunday because one of them was wearing a MAGA hat.
A woman who shared a video of an argument with security personnel to TikTok claims they were asked to throw the hat away or leave the grounds as they wouldn’t be let in.
“So what was meant to be a fun first-time experience for our kids turned out to be an eye opener to us,” she wrote as the caption to the video shown below. “I wasnt going to share but even after seeing the field state “vote it takes all of us” and Nick Bosa flashing his hat on the camera, I felt we were being discriminated against.
“We are so disappointed in the San Francisco 49ers.”
San Francisco 49ers Fans Were Eventually Allowed Entry, But They Missed Some Of The Game
That this took place on the same day Niners defensive end Nick Bosa crashed his teammates’ interview with NBC to flash his own MAGA hat before taking off is pretty ironic.

As for the fans, they were allowed to enter the stadium but missed some of the first quarter.
“We were stopped after we scanned in tickets and security checkpoints by one male asking my husband to either throw away the hat or leave the stadium,” the fan added.
“It lead to 30-45 min of arguing and missing the beginning of the game just for the supervisor to let us through.
“Thank you to all the people who stopped and spoke up as this happened.”
This is the second such incident to take place at an NFL game this season, with a fan forced to throw her MAGA hat in order to enter the Arizona Cardinals’ State Farm Stadium earlier this year.
The Cardinals offered an apology thereafter, claiming their staffers were unclear on the team’s policy.
