Cooper Rush had 247 passing yards and two touchdowns. He played his best game of the season since replacing an injured Dak Prescott. Based on how their schedule looks going forward, things could get quite interesting if he can get the team some wins that would put them in the hunt for a wild card playoff spot.
The loss dropped the Washington Commanders to 7-5 on the year.

The Commanders were once 7-2 and atop the NFC East because of quarterback Jayden Daniels’ stellar rookie year. Things changed rather quickly.
After losing to the Dallas Cowboys on Sunday, the team dropped to 7-5, which puts them even further behind the Eagles in the NFC East standings.
If the Commanders end their losing streak next week, they’ll still be in good shape for a Wild Card game.
