The Detroit Lions opened as a touchdown underdog against the San Francisco 49ers in the NFC championship game but they had as much as a 17-point lead in the first half.
However, things would start to fall apart in the second half as the 49ers would score 27 points in a row at one point.
The 49ers may have won, but the fan base is not happy with one play after that game.
Following a Brock Purdy scramble with less than five minutes to go in the fourth quarter, the 49ers quarterback fell to the ground to give himself up but it appeared he took a shot anyway.

The Lions made their second conference championship game appearance. That’s tied for the second-fewest in league history. The only other team with fewer appearances is the Houston Texans, who came into the NFL in 2002.
