Luke Combs is one of the hottest tickets in country music right now. He is currently on his world tour and recently had two sold-out shows over the weekend in Cincinnati. It was one of the highlights for fans of his music and football.
The country music superstar is a big fan of NFL football. So much so that he has been in a fantasy football league with some of his closest high school friends for years, and we all know how fun last-place punishments can get.
Combs was in the middle of the show when he explained that he has been in the aforementioned fantasy football league for over a decade and helped decide the punishment for this year’s last-place finishers.
He explained that the last-place finishers would have to join him on stage to perform a song at a stop during his tour, and they would have no choice but to perform the music they had chosen for them. He then explained that there was a scoring error causing two losers, who joined him on stage.

His friends joined him on stage, wearing some blue suede shoes to hint at what they would be singing. Not only that, but they brought out beer coolers with them, and one was even wearing a romper-like outfit, so it was quite the punishment for Combs’ best friends!

The band decided what song to play, and the pair ultimately joined forces to sing a messed-up version of Marc Cohn’s ‘Walking in Memphis.’ But it wasn’t the band’s fault that it was messed up, as we can confirm. Combs’ friends do not have his vocal chops.
Now, NFL fans wonder what it would be like to be in a fantasy football league with Luke Combs. Some fans can even ask the question, “Does Morgan Wallen have a fantasy football league?” after the Chiefs’ recent appearance during his show in Kansas City! We can only dream for now!
