During the second quarter of the Cardinals-New York Jets contest in Arizona, an unblocked Williams came right at Kyler Murray and leveled him with a bone-crunching hit. The force was so powerful that Murray’s helmet popped right off and rolled backward like a loose football:
Thankfully, Kyler Murray wasn’t injured and got right back up as if nothing had happened. Quite impressive, given that Murray doesn’t have the biggest frame as a quarterback (5-foot-10, 207 pounds).
Murray and his Cardinals are rolling against Aaron Rodgers and the visiting New York Jets today. They carried a 24-6 lead into halftime, with Murray throwing for 199 yards and one touchdown to go along with a rushing score.
