Green Bay Packers fans do not like it when you try and do a Lambeau Leap and you’re not part of the home team.
Van Jefferson found out the hard way on Sunday after he scored a touchdown to put the Los Angeles Rams on the board during their game against the Packers.
Jefferson was so excited to score on a 79-yard bomb that he ran over to the seats and tried to leap into the crowd — however, the Packers fans made sure he never got up there by pushing him right back down.
Jefferson was left in one-on-one coverage downfield and he was able to beat his man, then shed a tackle before scampering into the end zone for six. Up until that point, the Rams offense was struggling to get anything going:
With both teams fighting for playoff position in a tight NFC, this game could have a ton of postseason implications — especially if these two teams meet in January, with this game deciding which team gets home-field advantage.
