Urban Meyer is sorry for being a distraction.
During a Monday press conference, the Jacksonville Jaguars head coach spoke to reporters and announced that he apologized to his team for being a distraction for what he was caught doing over the weekend.
The team said Sunday it would not issue a statement about the video and Meyer was not immediately available for comment.
In the video of him at a bar, Meyer appeared to be sitting on a barstool in a red Ohio State sweatshirt as a woman who wasn’t his wife danced on him and in front of him. Another picture appeared to show Meyer smiling as he took the picture with the woman.
Another photo shows Meyer posing alongside a blonde, with the caption, “Who is this he keeps flirting with me.”

The Jaguars played Thursday night and lost against the Cincinnati Bengals. Meyer is in his first season with the Jaguars and is coaching again after leaving Ohio State due to health reasons.
Meyer’s wife, Shelley, was home babysitting the couple’s grandkids. She tweeted photos of their daughter Nicki’s sons, Troy and Gray — and appeared to acknowledge her husband’s night on the town.
“Meanwhile, I am babysitting,” she tweeted, adding the hashtags, “My choice,” “Mimi rules” and “buddy deserved a night out.”
He described Thursday night’s loss as “heartbreaking.”
Him being caught with another woman was probably the same feeling when he went home that night.
