Today was supposed to be a huge game for the Washington Football Team at home against a division rival. Unfortunately, the team is getting run out of their own stadium.
The Dallas Cowboys currently hold a double digit lead in the second quarter against Washington. And if things continue to unfold like they have, it’s highly doubtful that’ll change at any point during this ballgame.
The Cowboys’ defense has frustrated Washington QB Taylor Heinicke. And at the end of the first quarter, it all boiled over on the sidelines as Fox cameras caught Heinicke slamming a tablet on the ground following.
If you’re wondering what had Heinicke so upset, this moment came just after he was sacked by Micah Parsons, resulting in a fumble that the Cowboys returned for a touchdown. And things haven’t gotten much better for Heinicke since then. The Washington offense continues to get shut out with just a few minutes remaining in the first half.
