Tyreek Hill has already proved himself as one of the best wide receivers in the NFL, but he seems to have his sights set on another sport.
In an interview with Bob Menery on the Fully Tilted podcast, the Miami Dolphins expressed his interest in meeting with UFC CEO Dana White about a career in fighting. That could be either in the cage or a boxing ring.
“Just take it to the cage, bro,” Hill said. “That’s why I want to meet Dana White, I want to get in the cage. I want to get in the cage or I want to box.”
He also made it clear that he wants to fight Jake Paul.
“My first fight needs to be like Jake Paul or something like that… I don’t think [he’s tough],” Hill said. “I grew up boxing.”
Paul wasted no time in responding to Hill’s challenge:

“Tyreek – you would get mauled in the ring by me,” Paul said on X. “Lion kills a cheetah every time in a small space. No where to run. Come on brother.”
Hill issued a stern message in return:
“Your mouth gone get you in trouble,” Hill told Paul on X.
The eight-year speedy wide receiver has never boxed professionally, but he claims that he grew up boxing.
Fighting Paul is easier said than done since the YouTuber-turned-fighter has posted an 8-1 record and notching five knockouts since 2020.
His only loss came last February against Tommy Fury in a split decision.
The problem for Hill might be that Paul has been in the gym for more than five years perfecting his craft while Hill has been running routes.
Paul undoubtedly would jump at the chance to make that fight. For now, he is scheduled to face boxer Ryan Bourland on Saturday in San Juan Puerto Rico.
