Several outlets reported on Tuesday that Miami Dolphins wide receiver Tyreek Hill was seeking a divorce from his wife of two months, Keeta Vaccaro, citing court records filed in Broward County, Florida.
Hill and Vaccaro legally married in Texas on Nov. 8 during the Dolphins’ bye week. They had been engaged since 2021 when Hill played for the Kansas City Chiefs.
Matters involving the private lives of players aren’t usually relevant, but Hill was forced to speak out on it after he saw his name trending online.
Shortly after the reports became public, Hill came out to refute them with a post straight from the source on social media.
“Boy no the heck we didn’t so don’t put that in the air !!! We are happily married and gone stay that way,” Hill wrote in a post on X, formerly Twitter.

Hill’s Fort-Lauderdale-based family law attorney seemingly filed the petition in Broward County court on Monday but the wideout is stating otherwise.
Vaccaro is the sister of former NFL player Kenny Vaccaro, who played for the New Orleans Saints and Tennessee Titans.
Hill led the NFL in receiving in 2023, with 1,799 yards on the season. His 13 receiving touchdowns were also tied for first among wide receivers.
The Miami Dolphins ended the year on a bad note as they lost a week 17 game that lost them the AFC East division lead and win and forced them to play on the road in the Wild Card round against the Kansas City Chiefs where they lost and got eliminated.
