Tyreek Hill’s 64-yard touchdown catch and run was one of the wildest moments in quite possibly the wildest game in recent NFL history, but he’s going to pay for it dearly after what he did.
The league has fined the Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver $10,300 for flashing a peace sign at defenders while running into the end zone, according to NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero.
Watching the video back, Hill clearly realized he couldn’t do that anymore as he tried to quickly put the peace sign in front of him, but the damage was already seen and done. He did not get flagged for the play, but the NFL was not going to let him slide.
Him not being penalized did not really matter as the Bills only needed six plays and 49 seconds to go 75 yards to score. We all saw how it got tied and ended.
Hill finished the game with 11 catches, 150 receiving yards and a touchdown on 13 targets.
