It looks like Tyreek Hill may not be in the clear after all…
Earlier in the week, it was reported that the Miami Dolphins star wide receiver had gotten into a physical altercation with an employee on a boat when he and his crew tried to board the watercraft without permission.
While a police investigation was said to be taking place, it was later reported on Wednesday that the cops had ended their investigation and that the victim would have to go to the state attorney’s office if he wished to pursue criminal charges against Hill.
Apparently the victim had a change of heart between then and now, as it has since been reported by NBC6 Miami that he has decided to go ahead and press charges.
Hill is not named in the report, but he is said to have been the one who got physical with the Kelly Fishing Fleet employee on Sunday.

Via NBC Miami:
Police said Sunday that the alleged victim, who works for Kelly Fishing Fleet, was working on a charter boat at the marina in Haulover Park when he noticed two women on a fishing charter without permission.
Police said the alleged victim told them that while he was telling the women to get off, an argument broke out between employees and the group on the boat.
According to the incident report, that is when the victim was slapped on the neck by an unidentified person, who was presumably Hill.
The Miami Dolphins have since released a statement on the matter, saying that they “are aware of the situation and have been in contact with Tyreek, his representatives and the NFL.”
“We will reserve further comment at this time,” the statement added.
Hill had a monster year during his first season with the Dolphins, putting up 119 receptions for 1,710 yards and seven touchdowns. The last thing Miami can afford is to have their biggest offensive weapon on the sidelines due to a suspension—which could end up being the case depending on how this situation unfolds.
