When it comes to touchdown celebrations, Tyreek Hill’s creativity knows no bounds and his bank account is surely affected by it each time.
The Miami Dolphins wide receiver is a monster on the field, and a genius when sets foot in the end zone after scoring.
Hill showed off a new celebration on Sunday during the Dolphins’ 42-21 win over the Carolina Panthers. After hauling in a 22-yard touchdown pass, he ran toward someone at the back of the end zone who was already recording him. Hill took the phone and did a full backflip, then gave the phone back and celebrated with his teammates.
Hill was flagged for taunting since he used a prop during his celebration. Hill was also flagged for taunting in Week 5’s win over the New York Giants when he flashed a peace sign while running into the end zone.
Using a cell phone as a prop in a celebration will likely draw the ire of the league office, but Hill had a message to send about that after the game.
“I know the NFL is going to fine me for it. It’s worth it though… Every time I step on the field, I want to make it memorable.”. But I don’t play this game for money. I play this game for passion.”
