Miami Dolphins’ wide receiver Tyreek Hill didn’t mince words when discussing his honest thoughts on New England Patriots fans.
Hill and the Dolphins held on for a tight 24-17 win over their longtime AFC East rivals on Sunday night to move to 2-0 on the year. Miami’s stingy defense forced a late turnover on downs to hand New England its first 0-2 start since 2001.
Per FOX Sports’ AFC East reporter Henry McKenna, Hill ripped Patriots’ fans in the locker room after Miami’s win, stating that they’re “some of the worst” in the league.
“Those fans, you know, are some of the worst fans in the NFL…They are real nasty. Some of the things that they were saying…I wouldn’t say in church.”
Hill has had his fair share of memorable battles against the Patriots, both as a member of the Dolphins and Kansas City Chiefs. Considering what he had to say about New England fans, this Week 2 win certainly has to feel extra special and satisfying.
