Tyreek Hill jogged off the practice field Thursday after sustaining an injury to his right leg during a one-on-one drill.
The Kansas City Chiefs WR is said to have talked with Vice President of Sports Medicine and Performance Rick Burkholder before leaving the practice field under his own power.
