Last month, a boat worker was allegedly slapped by Tyreek Hill after illegally boarding a charter with a group.
Hill, who is entering his second season with the Dolphins after agreeing to a four-year, $120 million deal last March, allegedly told the captain of the charter, who asked the group to disembark: “I can buy you and the boat.”
That assault is no longer alleged as a video has since come out and showed Hill doing exactly what was said of him at the time.
On the first day of the Miami Dolphins training camp, wide receiver Tyreek Hill addressed the Father’s Day altercation that occurred at Haulover Marina in Miami Beach. Hill recently reached a settlement with the victim.
Hill said he is “currently cooperating” with the NFL to determine whether disciplinary action will be taken.
Hill is entering his second season with the Dolphins, and he is trying to follow up an excellent 2022 campaign in which he caught 119 passes for 1,710 yards and seven touchdowns. He put up those numbers despite Tua missing several games due to various concussions.

Hopefully, the league goes easy on him over a potential suspension now that video has been obtained showing his bad behavior.
