Tyrann Mathieu called out Denver Broncos rising sophomore quarterback Drew Lock on social media on Monday.
FOX Sports 1’s Colin Cowherd gave Lock high praise on his show to have a huge year in 2020.
“My guess is Drew Lock is going to explode for Denver this year,” Cowherd said.
Kansas City Chiefs defensive back Tyrann Mathieu then took to Twitter, and while he noted that Lock would be good, he also sent him a message.
“Drew lock gon be good but he better stop playing with me,” Mathieu wrote while quote-tweeting a video of himself breaking up a Lock pass to Broncos wide receiver Courtland Sutton.

Mathieu basically stating that if Lock continues to target him in the passing game, bad things will happen.
Mathieu joined the Chiefs on a three-year, $42 million deal last offseason following a single season with the Houston Texans in the AFC South in 2018.
