Pope Francis is getting a lot of responses from football fans in America right now and he likely has no clue why right now.
On Sunday, five new Saints — Cardinal John Henry Newman, Giuseppina Vannini, Mariam Thresia Chiaramel Mankidiyan, Dulce Lopes Pontes, and Marquerite Bays were said to be canonized in the Vatican City, so the Pope recognized them in a tweet.
The only problem here is that he used an emoji hastag for the New Orleans Saints.
