Tua Tagovailoa has been ruled out for Sunday’s playoff game between the Miami Dolphins and Buffalo Bills.
Just this season alone, Tua has suffered three concussions this season and remains in the protocol.
Dolphins HC Mike McDaniel said Skylar Thompson is the starting quarterback but QB Teddy Bridgewater is still working “to prepare himself to be capable on Sunday” to play but “cannot afford any setbacks.”
In 2022, Tagovailoa appeared in 13 games for the Dolphins and completed 64.8 percent of his passes for 3,548 yards with 25 touchdowns and eight interceptions.
