Miami Dolphins quarterback Tua Tagovailoa is sporting a new look this week.
The Dolphins are looking to bounce back from a disheartening loss to the Kansas City Chiefs in Germany earlier this month and are getting ready to face the Las Vegas Raiders following a bye.
Tua, who made some key mistakes down the stretch against the Chiefs, has switched things up ahead of his next game, having shown up for media availability in cornrows. The QB was quizzed on the new look by a reporter and indicated that he wasn’t sure what to do with his growing hair so he eventually opted to braid up.
He also revealed that his teammates love the new appearance, as does his wife, and did his best Drake impression after he was compared to the rapper.

The Fins are set for a steep challenge against the Raiders, who have won two games on the bounce after firing Josh McDaniels. The team is playing a lot better under interim head coach Antonio Pierce and would consider Miami a massive scalp if they were to hand them another defeat.
Miami hasn’t done well against the top teams this season and will be looking to pick up some momentum before they face the Dallas Cowboys on Christmas Eve. Games against the Raiders, New York Jets, Washington Commanders, and Tennessee Titans will take them into the major holiday clash.
