The Thursday Night Football game between the Miami Dolphins and Cincinnati Bengals took a pause after Tua Tagovailoa suffered a major head injury. Tagovailoa was brought down to the ground on a play, where his head and back hit the turf. He laid motionless besides his fingers being frozen in place.
As Tagovailoa was being treated, however, Amazon Prime kept showing replays of the injury and it kept upsetting fans as well as players.
Some players who reacted include Arizona Cardinals defensive end JJ Watt.
“Stop showing the replays. Please,” said Watt, via Twitter.
Prime Video didn’t need to show the replay so many times, but violence sells and they know it.
Tua Tagovailoa was released from the hospital and traveled back with the Dolphins to Miami after their 27-15 loss to the Bengals on Thursday night.

McDaniel and the Dolphins are under close scrutiny for letting Tagovailoa play in the game after the 3rd-year QB suffered what appeared to be a head injury in their Week 3 game against the Bills four days prior.
McDaniel insisted that Tagovailoa had passed concussion protocols ahead of the Bengals matchup. The 24-year-old had to be stretchered off the field after taking another huge blow to the head which should keep him out for a game or two.
