As if Tua Tagovailoa’s latest concussion (his third of the season) wasn’t already scary enough, these latest details regarding how the Dolphins learned of his latest concussion are downright frightening.
According to Fox’s Jay Glazer, Miami head coach Mike McDaniel realized Tua was experiencing concussion-like symptoms after he couldn’t remember some of the mistakes he had made during Sunday’s loss to the Packers while the two were watching game film together on Monday.
Tua appeared to have hit his head on the ground during the first half of Miami’s Christmas Day game against Green Bay. He remained in the game, but was placed into concussion protocol the following day.
