A new report provides clarity on the relationship status of ex-Dallas Cowboys’ quarterback and ESPN “Monday Night Football” analyst Troy Aikman.
The three-time Super Bowl champion has been seen with 34-year-old Haley Clark, leading to speculation that he divorced his second wife, Catherine Mooty “Capa” Aikman. A new report states that this is in fact the case.
According to MaryAnn Martinez of the New York Post, the Pro Football Hall of Famer and Mooty divorced in 2020 following three years of marriage. Per the report, Clark works as a sales director in Dallas:
“Most people didn’t realize Aikman had split from second wife Capa Aikman, but sources clarified to The Post they had divorced in 2020, three years after tying the knot.
Since The Post outed Aikman’s budding relationship, his 34-year-old new squeeze has made her Instagram private, retaining an air of mystery about who she is.”
In 2000, Aikman tied the knot with Rhonda Worthey, and they had two daughters together. The two divorced following 11 years of marriage.
Aikman was drafted first overall by the Cowboys in 1989, marking the beginning of a franchise-altering era for America’s Team. Aikman quarterbacked the Cowboys to three Super Bowl championships (in the 1992, 1993 and 1995 seasons) over a four-year span.
