Trevor Lawrence does not want to miss another game.
Jaguars quarterback Trevor Lawrence was officially questionable to play Sunday at Tennessee with the AFC South division on the line for the Jacksonville Jaguars.
Seeking a repeat of the division title, the Jaguars expect Lawrence to be a game-time decision, head coach Doug Pederson said Friday.
NFL insider Ian Rapoport reported that Lawrence believes he can play and has all the hope to do so.
“Trevor Lawrence believes he can play, and is pushing to play,” said Ian Rapoport of the NFL Network on Saturday.
Rapoport added that Lawrence has steadily increased his throwing regiment in practice this week and the Jaguars starter feels he’s done enough to be ready to go.

He further stated that while Lawrence isn’t at risk of re-injuring his shoulder, he will have to endure a great deal of pain to get through the game.
“Pain management is going to be a part of this thing, but he does not to my understanding stand to put himself at further risk,” Rapoport said.
“Trevor Lawrence wants to be out there with his team.”
Lawrence sat out last week with a shoulder injury but the team was able to easily handle the Carolina Panthers. C.J. Beathard started and led Jacksonville to a 26-0 win.
He is prepared to be the starter against the Titans, who are eliminated from playoff contention but are looking to play spoiler in the final week of the 2023 season.
