Trevor Lawrence is finally breaking his silence.
A huge hit from Houston Texans linebacker Azeez Al-Shaair on the Jacksonville Jaguars quarterback sparked a brawl during their game on Sunday.
Lawrence scrambled on first down in the second quarter, but as he tried to slide to avoid getting hit, Al-Shaair launched into Lawrence’s head and neck area, and it bounced off the ground and knocked him unconscious.
The quarterback was down as Jags and Texans players brawled over the hit.
Al-Shaair was also seen removing his helmet and trying to fight with Jaguars offensive lineman Brandon Scherff.
He then had Jaguars fans throwing items at him after he was ejected.
Hours after the game, Trevor Lawrence took to social media and finally had something to say. He thanked everyone who reached out and prayed for him.

Lawrence eventually got on his feet but still got carted off.
He was 4-for-10 with 41 passing yards and an interception in the game.
This exit from the game was disappointing since Lawrence had just returned from injury.
How Long Will Trevor Lawrence Be Out?
The Jacksonville Jaguars entered Week 13 against the Houston Texans with a 2-9 record, but they were hoping to play spoiler against a Texans team that tends to play down to their opponent.
Jaguars quarterback Trevor Lawrence, who missed two games due to a shoulder injury, resumed his starting role against the Texans, but now he may be out yet again after he got knocked unconscious by linebacker Azeez Al-Shaair.
Lawrence was ruled out with a concussion after taking a late hit in the team’s game against the division-rival Houston Texans on Sunday.
Now, he will most certainly hear into concussion protocol and is likely going to miss at least one game.
