Tre’Quan Smith walked back to the locker room after a tough hit in Week 10.

The New Orleans Saints wide receiver was down and not moving for several moments after taking a hit from San Francisco 49ers safety Jimmie Ward.

Smith has been ruled out for the second half with a concussion.
