During a run play for the 49ers, Leighton Vander Esch got hurt and had to be helped to the sidelines and eventually to the locker room.
The Dallas Cowboys linebacker was trying to make a tackle when Trent Williams clearly hit him from behind and then his head smashed into another player.
No flag was called on the play as it led to a touchdown.
Hopefully, Leighton Vander Esch can come out of this alright and be able to suit up in the next game.
