Aaron Rodgers is not a proponent of Big Pharma, and yet he is employed by Jets team owner Woody Johnson, who is the heir to Johnson & Johnson.
Jets quarterback Rodgers called Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce “Mr. Pfizer” when discussing their recent showdown. The comments went viral on social media.
Kelce is not one to be quiet about a situation, so he fired right back at the injured QB by reminding him who signs his check.
This all came about because Kelce appears in a new COVID-19 vaccine commercial, which advocates getting both the COVID shot and the flu shot at the same time.
Despite his ripback at Rodgers, it is unlikely anybody will ask the Jets QB about the apparent hypocrisy of his anti-science stance and his employment by a Big Pharma heir.

For both Kelce and Rodgers, it’s clearly about personal priorities and money. Rodgers wants to play for a winning team and make a lot of money playing quarterback while Kelce wants to grow his profile and use his brand to make money off the field. His brand has never been higher as he is now connected to Taylor Swift
