Philadelphia Eagles fans weren’t happy with one of the franchise’s all-time great foes in Tony Romo on Sunday.
The former Dallas Cowboys star quarterback and Jim Nantz were on the call for the Eagles-Buffalo Bills Week 12 contest at Lincoln Financial Field. Philly won a high-scoring thriller 37-34 in overtime thanks to Jalen Hurts’ 12-yard rushing touchdown
Throughout the contest, plenty of Eagles fans teed off on Romo (in his seventh season as an analyst for CBS) and accused him of hating on their team.

Fortunately for these annoyed Eagles fans, CBS isn’t scheduled to call any form of the club’s regular season games. Keep in mind, however, that Nantz and Romo will be calling Super Bowl 58 on Feb. 11. If the Eagles are in the big dance for the second straight year, those very same fans will have to listen to Romo whether they like it or not.
The Eagles (10-1) boast the best record in football and look poised to finish as the NFC’s top seed for the second straight year.
