When Tom Brady retired, something just didn’t feel right. There was no big ceremony to celebrate the career of the greatest player in NFL history. No big press conference to announce the decision with media from around the world in attendance. None of that. Just a couple of reports, and some social media posts from the GOAT.
Something about all of made Brady’s retirement seem…incomplete?
And, as it turns out, that was precisely the case, as Brady shocked the football world on Sunday by announcing that he intends to return for a 23rd season in 2022.

It’s the question that many were asking, and it appears as though Brady’s father, Tom Brady Sr., has provided us with an answer. Golfing with his sounds tempting, but I guess it’s not as tempting as stepping on an NFL field for one more season with a chance to win an eighth Super Bowl ring.
See you in 2022, Tommy!
