Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen were spotted touring their newly purchased $17 million Miami Beach property.
The couple walked around the waterfront pad on the exclusive Indian Creek Island, dubbed Miami’s “Billionaire Bunker.” The Tampa Bay Bucaneers quarterback and supermodel put down $17 million for the property.
Amenities on the island include a private country club, a golf course, and only about 30 bayfront homes.

The couple has plans of tearing down the current house that sits there, which is a 5,172-square-foot house on the property, which includes 200 feet of private waterfront, and build a state-of-the-art, eco-friendly abode, the Post reported.
Brady and Gisele have been staying at Derek Jeter’s Tampa mansion since Brady signed with the Bucs.
“I was a native Californian for a long time in my life and went away from it for about 25 years. You won’t catch me dead living in the Northeast anymore,” Brady said. “I’m loving the warm weather and it’s been a great feeling.”
