The marital problems between Gisele Bündchen and Tom Brady has been going on all offseason, seemingly emerging over recent months and picked up when Brady returned to the NFL after previously announcing he’d retire. His decision to come back for his 23rd season put a big rift between them.
The supermodel, who has been working with a divorce lawyer for “weeks,” a source previously told PEOPLE, is ready to end their 13-year marriage.
“She is done with their marriage,” an insider close to Bündchen says. “She was upset about it for a long time and it’s still difficult, but she feels like she needs to move on. She doesn’t believe that her marriage can be repaired.”
Gisele has been spotted out in public numerous times without her wedding ring, and it appears Tom Brady is doing the same.
Fox Sports released its new 2022 FIFA World Cup commercial on YouTube titled, “2022 FIFA World Cup will make the holiday season the most wonderful time of the year.”
During the commercial, the Tampa Bay Bucs QB could be seen without his ring on.

One big issue in their marriage seems to be a lack of sex. In 2018, it was reported that Tom Brady has a strict 24-hour no sex policy, which can go up to 72 hours for games of higher importance: like the playoffs and Super Bowl.
According to Radar, an NFL insider has anonymously shed light on the abstinence issue in Tom Brady and Gisele’s marriage: “That marriage has gone cold as ice. Gisele is a Brazilian supermodel with a super sex drive and she’s told her friends she needs more from her all-American husband.”
Back in 2020, Brady confirmed that making love to his wife is never a “pregame ritual.”
The combination of no intimacy and constantly playing football for six months a year was just too much for Gisele to bear any longer.
