Tom Brady will not be competing on a football field next fall. That much is certain after he posted a video saying this retirement is for real this time. Everybody remembers last year when he retired and then returned some 40 days later.
Prior to his retirement from the NFL, Tom Brady considered playing for a third team. Now, he has something else to look forward to.
According to TMZ, he’s going to spend the next few months being the best dad he can be to his kids.
“Sources close to Tom tell us he’s going to spend the next few months just being a dad. We’re told he’s an extremely devoted father to his kids — splitting his time with his kids in Miami and New York — and is looking forward to spending extended time with them,” TMZ wrote.
Brady and Bündchen have two children together, daughter Vivian, 10, and 13-year-old son Benjamin. The ex-couple announced that they finalized their divorce in October, following 13 years of marriage. It came after reports of discourse in the marriage for months.
The NFL legend also has a 15-year-old son Jack with his ex, actress Bridget Moynahan.
He currently has a deal with FOX to be the network’s top color commentator, but he hasn’t made it clear if that is what he’ll be doing once the 2023 season kicks off.
